Position Purpose: Perform various analysis and interpretation to link business needs and objectives for assigned function. Oversees and manages issues, risks, process enhancements related to file exchange between WellCare NC and the State as well as WellCare NC and PHPs/AMHs (Advanced Medical Homes). Supports on-boarding of AMHs Represents WellCare NC on daily production support calls with State and with AMHs Leads analysis and facilitates requirements gathering from business for cross-functional projects and process improvements Coordinates across Market and Shared Services to ensure market needs are met.
