We are looking for a motivated Oyster Shucker to join our team! You will be accurately & efficiently preparing oysters for raw and cooked consumption while maintaining a clean, safe and sanitary work area. You will be responsible for ensuring the Oyster bar is prepared based on established procedures while providing fast, accurate shucking. The Oyster Bar is centrally located in the dining room of the restaurant. Interaction with guests and a positive attitude will be a large part of your responsibility.
