Job Description A non profit ministry organization headquartered in South Orange County is seeking an office manager/executive assistant to assist the CEO and will spearhead and oversee the various operations of the company's headquarters. This is a full time, direct hire opportunity, with pay starting at $24-$28/hour. Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and participate in company headquarters operations, including but not limited to: donation handling, donor relationship and database management, fundraising mailings, inventory management, product shipping, outreach events, bookkeeping using QuickBooks, generation of monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports etc Assist the CEO in special projects such as outreach to other organizations and schools, and systems upgrades Work with the staff members of the company's sister branch in Taiwan regarding printing of company products in Taiwan, content updates of company YouTube channel and social media platforms Manage the work of...
