OverviewMotrex is the exclusive service provider to Stryten Energy, a $1 Billion leader in stored electrical energy solutions, including batteries and associated equipment and services for the transportation and industrial markets. Stryten has over 3,000 employees working at manufacturing sites throughout country.
Motrex's corporate headquarters is located just north of Atlanta in Alpharetta, GA. The internship will begin in May of 2025 and end in August 2025 and will be full time (40 hours a week) with expectations of being onsite each day, no remote work. This is a paid opportunity, but housing is not provided so you must have both housing and transportation.
The Human Resources Intern will gain exposure to Motrex's culture as well as specific areas Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits, HRIS, and Recruiting. This program is intended to provide learning opportunities by working hands-on with mentors and completing assigned projects. All interns are required to complete a presentation on their project at the conclusion of summer.

Responsibilities• Analysis of Handbooks used across multiple manufacturing locations
• Documentation and training related to performance management
• Compensation and Benefits employee experience process improvement projects
• Develop training to improve HR reporting and analytics skills and capabilities across the HR team
• Recruiting projects related to social media, job descriptions, metrics
QualificationsWe are looking for students:
• Progressing towards a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Graduating between DEC 2025 and May 2027
• With a GPA of 3.0 or greater
• You must have housing and transportation
• The position is required to work onsite daily
