Demonstrates experience with or has direct leadership and facilitation of strategic sourcing activities and methodologies.Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in Strategic Sourcing, Source-to-Pay (S2P), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Digital Procurement. Procurement knowledge could include direct spend management (e.g. - Food & Beverage, Apparel, Hospitality), indirect spend management (e.g. - Packaging, Logistics, Back Office), cost reduction program design and implementation, category management, vendor negotiations, supplier management, and demand management.
