Job DescriptionLead and manage engineering teams in charge of the architecture and development of Next Generation EDF metrics in a SaaS solution context.Owns the overall architecture of the Next Generation EDF solution to insure its interoperability with other MA SaaS platforms Partner with Technology Unit to develop architecture and common solution infrastructure plan, and integration points with other solutions.Plan and coordinate long term technical roadmap.Establish and maintain development standards and prescriptions.Work with Product and Program management for the correct definition and implementation of the roadmapEnsure high deliverables quality across engineering teams. Ensure the respect of timeline for software delivery management with respect of the Agile methodology Proactively manage risks and change processes.Drive standardization and adoption of new technologies and systems across product suiteAs part of a strategic technology council help to drive innovation across application engineering, data, QA, and financial engineering functionsRequirementsStrong technical knowledge of digital environment including Web, Apps, APIs, messaging, databases, networks and their interactions.Strong technical architecture knowledge, application systems design and integration in a large heterogeneous enterprise environment.Hands on experience in micro-services architecture, Angular, Python, .NET, Postgres, SQL Server, AWS API programming methodologies.Experience in working with open source frameworks.Experience developing native Cloud solutions (AWS preferably).Organized, strategic, creative work ethic and ability to clearly articulate how product and engineering plans will impact organizational goals.Familiarity with DevOps concepts (site reliability, deployment automation, Containers & Kubernetes, cloud cost reduction strategies) Ability to communicate complex ideas to different audiences Innovative approach to solving complex issues and problems.Team player with management skills and the ability to lead others.Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).Strong work ethic, professional and personable.Working at Moody'sMoody's (NYSE: MCO) is a global integrated risk assessment firm that empowers organizations to make better decisions.
