Job DescriptionWe are looking for a talented and highly motivated individual to join the Methodology Framework Group-Structured Finance within the Methodology Development Group (MDG).As an Associate Analyst 3 in MDG you will:Support senior analysts across different offices with modeling, data analysis, and writing internal and external documentsSupport project managers with reporting and managing of agile projectsBe mentored by senior analysts to further develop your analytical and credit skillsKey Responsibilities:Support MDG senior analysts in the timely completion and effective execution of projectsCollect, analyze and document dataLiaise effectively with the MIS group responsible for developing models, scorecards and analytical tools used in conjunction with methodologiesWork with models and tools for purposes of methodology development Draft presentations and other methodology-related documentationDevelop working knowledge of structured finance Moody's methodologiesPerform administrative tasks and ad-hoc assignmentsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, Financial Engineering or related quantitative fieldRelevant experience (including internships) is preferredAbility to work effectively in a team environmentStrong organizational skillsHigh attention to detailGood knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Power Point.
