Job Description


The Assistant Residential Program Manager (ARPM) assists the Residential Program Manager in the overall provision of services and supports for assigned individuals in residential programs. The ARPM is responsible for the daily implementation of each individual’s treatment plan. The position provides shift supervision, direction, and training to direct care staff and overall daily operations of the program in the Residential Program Manager’s absence. In implementing programs and services, the ARPM facilitates each individual’s personal choice, increased independence, and enhanced quality of life.

Wed  -Fri 2pm-11pm; Sat 11am-11pm

  • High school diploma or equivalent with at least two (2) years of full time related experience, or a minimum of two (2) years of college with concentration in a related field and one (1) year of full time related experience.
  • Maintain a current, valid driver's license
  • Must meet all requirements for State Certification in Medication Administration within ninety (90) days of hire.
  • Must hold or be eligible to obtain CPR and basic first aid certification as required.
