YOUR POSITION WITH TNC

The Ethics, Compliance and Privacy Manager will be responsible for managing and leading small to large-scale complex projects primarily focused on training, communications and engagement to build staff capacity and expertise to foster a culture of performance with integrity and privacy program implementation.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

The Ethics, Compliance and Privacy Manager will establish project goals and success factors, and will develop project plans, budgets, metrics and schedules with input and buy-in from key stakeholders and team members. They will define roles and responsibilities and lead the project teams to successfully achieve identified goals related to training, communications and engagement and privacy program implementation in the most cost-effective and time-saving manner possible. They will perform risk management, issue resolution, and conflict management, and collaboratively solve complex problems. They will utilize project management methodologies and processes and act as a resource to other staff and project managers to provide project management guidance, training, and expertise. RESPONSIBILITIES & SCOPEManage and implement multiple complex projects, including managing project teams, setting deadlines, and ensuring accountability; Act independently and exercise independent judgment to identify and solve problems; Demonstrate sensitivity in handling confidential information; Manage the design, development, and implementation of training offerings focused on ethics, compliance and privacy working closely with the Ethics, Compliance & Privacy team, Human Resources and Global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion; Manage the design, development and implementation of effective communication and engagement strategies for ethics, compliance and privacy with internal communications; Manage and implement privacy program initiatives, including creating and maintain a personal data inventory and mapping data flows; Support Chief Ethics, Compliance and Privacy officer with programmatic assessments and planning; Manage project budgets and assist with budget development related to strategic projects; and Travel occasionally and work flexible hours as needed. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree and 5 years related experience or equivalent combination; 2 years of project management experience or 1 year acting as a project lead; Completed coursework or other training on project management principles; Experience in managing and tracking multiple projects; Experience managing project teams and working with cross-functional staff; Experience managing scheduling and financial aspects of small to large projects that range from short to long term; and Experience using project management techniques and tools, such as MS Teams, MS SharePoint and Smartsheet. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONSMulti-lingual skills and multi-cultural or cross-cultural experiences are appreciated; Ability to manage and implement complex processes; Certification in project management; Strong communication and presentation skills; Experience in marketing or communications and video editing skills; Experience in adult learning or with adult learning concepts; Experience with privacy or completed coursework on privacy concepts; Experience with OneTrust tools or other privacy management software; Experience with Articulate Rise or other adult learning training tools; Strong interpersonal skills, including ability to negotiate, influence, and persuade; and/or Successful experience implementing strategic program goals.
