Provide support to projects as it relates to business requirements and technology. Communicate implementation & technology related information to the business, while providing guidance to determine system requirements and the best solution. Design, test & debug applications with assistance from others.


• Process and resolve routine and less complex problems for the business as it relates to business requirements and technology. Support projects in identifying routine business requirements, project, and process specifications within identified team.
• Provide input and guidance to the business on determining the best solutions and system requirements for their specific needs. Assist with test plan development and execution.
• Create and test applications, as well as trouble-shoot and resolve routine and less-complex problems for the business as it relates to business requirements and technology.
• Assist with gathering requirements across business partners and develop test plans and execution.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Associate Degree (or equivalent)
• 1 to 3 years relevant experience required
• *Post-secondary education and relevant work experience may be interchanged to meet the combined total years of minimum required qualifications for education and experience.
• General understanding of the business unit and the ability to understand technology as it relates to the business.
• Ability to provide accurate, timely & responsive services to the business unit.
• Ability to establish & maintain strong relationships within the business unit.
• Strong understanding of one or more applications within platform.

Preferred Qualifications

Education: Bachelors Degree (or equivalent)
