We’re currently hiring a HR Director to support D&S (Defense & Space) and UAS/UAM (Urban Air Mobility/Unmanned Aerial Systems) within our Aerospace strategic business group. In this role, you and your team will partner with cross-functional groups and leaders to broker HR services and actively engage in staffing, organizational development, & talent management. You will build upon and rely on your HR functional expertise and effectiveness to align critical human resources principles with business objectives. You will align organizational transformations and staffing strategies to promote talent and growth. This role will directly support the Tier 2 Vice President’s for Defense & Space, as well as, the UAM/UAS GBE Leader.

You must be a creative problem-solver, who aggressively pursues positive outcomes. You must be confident in your leadership approach and a true self-starter.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drive organizational effectiveness
• Lead change
• Manage talent
• Build relationships and broker services
• Act as a coach and confidant
• Provide administrative support
• Lead training and development

YOU MUST HAVE:

• Bachelor's Degree

• Experience managing complex global projects
• Previously demonstrated leadership skills
