This role will be responsible for leading compliance with DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations, developing a driver safety program, and driving cultural change and transformation leading to a safe fleet and National over-the-road fleet transportation model. Will be responsible for ensuring the truck fleet operations are compliant to DOT regulations including monitoring safety ratings, driver qualification files, and documentation requirements. Additionally, this role is responsible for the driver safety program including preventive measures, training, and workers comp management. In implementing a National over-the-road fleet program, the role will be responsible for drivers’ safety and state regulations across the United States to ensure safety of drivers and within our external communities.
