About the Role

The U4B Sales Operations & Governance Analyst ensures the entire U4B Sales organization is supported with high-quality, clean data, while each individual Seller is empowered with the technical tools to succeed. This role serves a unique function within the Go-to-Market Operations team in the Sales and Success Operations department. To thrive in this role, the candidate must prosper in a strategic, data-driven environment, working alongside scrappy and customer-centric teammates.

What You'll Do

• Create global data governance frameworks and processes to ensure regional operations run smoothly.
• Maintain solid relationships with U4B's Sales Tools' (ex. ZoomInfo) external vendors, assuring meaningful return on these investments, while guaranteeing sellers are positioned to thrive.
• Ruthlessly manipulate and QA large datasets and continuously brainstorm how processes can be automated.
• Contribute to Salesforce Infrastructure design and new field logic to support highly-visible initiatives, such as Fortune 500 company spending and insights into U4B's Top 50 Accounts.
• Collaborate with Sales Enablement to develop training materials and host live sessions to communicate impacts.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of experience
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, Salesforce, and data manipulation.
• Experience contributing to projects and working cross-functionally
• Enjoy and see value in assisting account executives, Sales managers, and regional leaders with requests and tickets.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Power User - you can pull reports and create actionable dashboards with ease, while thinking strategically when faced with a business challenge.
• Data Owner - you love diving into the numbers, QAing, and discussing the results across multiple audiences. You are the go-to for recommendations and decisions.
• Project Designer - you thrive building projects from the ground up, aligning stakeholders, developing schedules, and updating teammates on action items. You have experience creating compelling presentation materials and defending your work.
