As a Team Lead | Senior Delivery Consultant you will consult with clients during implementations to deliver client-specific venue configuration, testing and training. You will be responsible for consulting with clients on current workflows and configurations, upgrade implications, system changes and enhancements as well as ongoing system maintenance. In addition, you will complete complex full-system solution build and maintain accountability for build quality score and follow up actions as well as apply and suggest improvements to implementation methodology and consult on complex configuration decisions. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing complex test plans and test script execution, note changes in end user functionality, review new defects, write steps to test, outline information for change requests and notify clients. You will also navigate across venues to resolve issues, propose mitigation strategies and escalate when appropriate to solution and engagement leadership. Finally, you will contribute knowledge to internal and external resources to deliver problem identification and resolution.
Your people management responsibilities will include seeking to understand disagreements, ensuring all perspectives are heard and facilitate a plan for resolution. As a leader of the team you will delegate the work appropriately, provide clear expectations and follow up to ensure progress and overcome roadblocks. You will be responsible for identifying associates and team priorities based on business direction and adjust when needed. This includes leading by example and sharing knowledge and experiences with associates and team. Your responsibilities will include creating a respectful work environment where you advocate for your team, create accountability and recognize their accomplishments. About Clinical Qualifications Basic Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Management, Marketing, Mathematics, Business, Communications, Finance, Health Care Administration, Science or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
- At least 1 year of Systems management or implementation work experience
- At least 1 year Health care information technology (HCIT) project management, sales or consulting work experience
- At least 1 year experience with Revenue Cycle end to end process and workflows
- At least 1 year experience with Cerner Millennium Solution build, workflow and integration
- Must live in or be willing to relocate to the Odessa, TX area
- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
- Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned
