Work closely with marketing and product management, engineering, field sales organization, key business partners and the senior management team, to maximize the profitability of the business by systematically employing key pricing levers. You will manage the pricing and reimbursement strategies for current and future products. You will analyze market drivers and competition to determine price of new products. You will deliver financial impact by deploying best-in-class marketing tools and framework. You will be part of the recruitment, development and retention of talented professionals in order to deliver best in class performance.

Responsibilities:

Manage SaaS pricing and solutions strategy, processes, systems and reporting, and ensure effective adoption of pricing guidelines
Implement pricing structures, subscription models, partner pricing strategies, and margin analysis
Develop strategies to maximize adoption of SaaS products, migration of existing customers from traditional to SaaS model, and deliver increased revenue per customer
Perform pricing comparison and scenario analysis for perpetual, term, maintenance, and SaaS
Organize regular pricing reviews with stakeholders to revise and update pricing elements, adjust for new features, products and market evolution
Build a framework and governance model to execute pricing updates
Utilize market data and analysis, monitor competitor pricing and moves, and proactively alter course of action to make tactical pricing decisions
Document and provide operational requirements to implement and execute pricing actions in the newly launched CPQ application
Build and maintain SaaS Pricing KPIs dashboards to analyze pricing impacts by business units, SaaS products and geographies, and identify potential revenue growth opportunities
Drive SaaS Pricing research projects with external agencies
Develop a process to test pricing updates before execution

YOU MUST HAVE

Bachelors/Masters degree in Finance, Business or related discipline
10+ years of experience supporting and managing pricing decisions, with demonstrated expertise in value-based pricing, SaaS and Cloud pricing models and strategy programs
Understanding of SaaS pricing, discounting rules and regulations, and best practices for large scale Software roll-outs
Competitive Revenue Operations market knowledge
Strong expertise in market and customer research
Ability to navigate and influence stakeholder to reach consensus in a matrix organization
Analytical mindset, ability to work in a structured/systematic way
Clear, concise communication style
Exceptionally strong leadership skills
