Work closely with marketing and product management, engineering, field sales organization, key business partners and the senior management team, to maximize the profitability of the business by systematically employing key pricing levers. You will manage the pricing and reimbursement strategies for current and future products. You will analyze market drivers and competition to determine price of new products. You will deliver financial impact by deploying best-in-class marketing tools and framework. You will be part of the recruitment, development and retention of talented professionals in order to deliver best in class performance.
Bachelors/Masters degree in
Finance, Business or related discipline
10+ years of experience
supporting and managing pricing decisions, with demonstrated expertise in
value-based pricing, SaaS and Cloud pricing models and strategy programs
Understanding of SaaS pricing, discounting
rules and regulations, and best practices for large scale Software
roll-outs
Competitive Revenue Operations market
knowledge
Strong expertise in market and
customer research
Ability to navigate and influence
stakeholder to reach consensus in a matrix organization
Analytical mindset, ability to
work in a structured/systematic way
Clear, concise communication
style
Exceptionally strong leadership
