職務の目的および主な業務内容各種法令及びGSK社内で規定されているエンジニアリングスタンダードを遵守するための活動をリードすると共に、海外のStakeholderへの状況説明及びBest Practiceの共有を行う。
エンジニアリング部門における、安全・品質・リスクに関する全ての要求事項に対するコンプライアンスのマネジメント及びそれらの統治リード。
エンジニアリング部門における内部査察 (L1~2) システムの責任者としての内部査察の実施、 GSK社内査察及び外部査察 (L1~4のAudit)に対するエンジニアリング部門の窓口としての対応をとる。
必要な条件Basic Qualificationスキル Skill
- 医薬品などの製造業におけるエンジニアリングマネジメント5年以上
- 組織を統括し、改善をリードできる
- 安全、環境に関わる各種規制事項に関する知識
- 海外のエンジニアと技術的な協議ができる
経験 Experience
- 医薬品製造工程の管理業務5年以上
- エンジニアリングプロジェクトのマネジメント
- 海外工場とのコミュニケ―ション
学位/資格/語学力 Education/certification/Language
- 大卒以上またはそれに匹敵する知識
- 海外工場と電話でコミュニケーションが出来る英語力
