Be part of a team that designs, develops, and integrates highly complex systems and software functions within Honeywell Flight Systems. You will be an active and integral member of a team to achieve the completion of goals. You will also generate innovative solutions in work situations; trying different and novel ways to deal with problems and opportunities. This position is for fresh University Graduate Software Engineer I for Flight Controls programs. This position will be responsible for developing Flight Controls software and will be engaged throughout the entire phase of software development life cycle for Flight Controls programs.

YOU MUST HAVE
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Computer Systems Engineering
• C/C++ language experience
• Applicants must be a U.S Citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S as a refugee or granted asylum due to US export control laws
WE VALUE
• Strong Aerospace embedded software development experience
• Understanding various software development lifecycle
• Assembly language experience
• Experience with DO-178 B/C
• Knowledge of software configuration management and change management practices
• Diverse and global teaming and collaboration
• Effective communicator with a wide degree of creativity and latitude Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work
• With little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done, do things before being asked by others or forced to by events.
• Can quickly analyze, incorporate, and apply new information and concepts
• Ability to consistently make timely decisions even in the face of complexity, balancing systematic analysis with decisiveness
• Ability to convey subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience
• Understanding various software development lifecycle
