Overview

Stryten Manufacturing is a leader in stored electrical energy solutions, including batteries and associated equipment and services for the transportation and industrial markets.

There is an exciting opportunity for 2021 Engineering Summer Internship. Our manufacturing plant in Manchester Iowa is located just north of highway 20. We are looking for Mechanical, Industrial or Electrical Engineer students for an internship beginning May of 2021 through August 2021. This is a 40 hour week, paid opportunity but housing is not provided so you must have both housing and transportation.

Responsibilities

Assignments may include but not limited to:
Design standard leak tester tooling across assembly
Design out variability in the COS process
Develop quick change formats to improve efficiency

Qualifications

We are looking for rising Juniors or Seniors working towards BS in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial degrees and a GPA of 3.0 or greater.
