HVAC-Style Work - Without Heating & CoolingNelbud is hiring a Maintenance Technician to service commercial kitchen ventilation systems. This role is similar to HVAC, but focuses on airflow, exhaust, and system performance-not heating or cooling.
If you have experience in HVAC, commercial refrigeration, or a related field, this could be a great fit.
What You'll Do- Perform routine maintenance on commercial kitchen ventilation systems
- Inspect equipment for wear, damage, and airflow issues
- Replace filters and clean ventilation components
- Complete service reports and maintain job documentation
- Deliver strong customer service while representing Nelbud
What to Expect- Work independently across multiple job sites
- Evening and overnight schedule (based on service needs)
- Hands-on work in a fast-paced environment
- Work on rooftops and in tight or confined spaces
What We're Looking For- Basic mechanical or maintenance experience
- Experience in HVAC, refrigeration, or similar field preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple jobs
- Comfortable working evenings, nights, and in varying conditions
- Strong work ethic and reliability
Requirements- Valid driver's license (company vehicle provided)
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and overnights
- Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces
