We are seeking a Referral Partner for a contract-based, remote role. The Referral Partner will identify potential leads, communicate opportunities effectively, and ensure client satisfaction in alignment with Recruitefy’s standards. Additional duties may include navigating insurance-related discussions and maintaining accurate records.
Qualifications
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
Knowledge of Prior Authorization and Insurance processes
Familiarity with Medical Terminology
Proactive and organized approach to managing multiple clients
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting
Background in healthcare, recruitment, or a related field is a plus
