We are seeking an experienced
Backup & Storage Consultant
with deep hands‑on expertise in
Commvault Backup & Recovery
and enterprise storage platforms including
NetApp, Dell EMC/App, and Lenovo . This consultant will support, optimize, and enhance enterprise backup and data protection environments in a fully remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
Architect, configure, and administer
Commvault
backup and recovery solutions
Integrate Commvault with
NetApp, Dell EMC/App, and Lenovo
storage platforms
Manage backup policies, retention, replication, and recovery testing
Perform restores, disaster recovery validation, and performance tuning
Troubleshoot complex backup, storage, and media agent issues
Document configurations and provide operational best practices
Required Technical Skills
Advanced hands‑on experience with
Commvault (Media Agents, CommCells, policies, and scheduling)
Strong knowledge of
NetApp (ONTAP), Dell EMC/App, and Lenovo storage
backup integrations
Experience with enterprise backup, disaster recovery, and data protection strategies
Familiarity with virtualized environments and storage‑based snapshots
Ability to work independently and deliver in a consulting role
