To support the Casualty Claims Division, the full-time Kentucky Licensed Claims Representative will handle liability and property claims remotely, ensuring compliance with state insurance laws while investigating, evaluating, and negotiating claims. Key responsibilities: Investigates and adjudicates claims, verifying coverage and maintaining reserves while documenting claim files Establishes contact with all parties involved in claims and evaluates negotiation opportunities, including subrogation Responds to inquiries from policyholders, agents, and other stakeholders while maintaining knowledge of relevant laws and regulations Required qualifications: High school diploma or GED with two years of related claims handling or customer service experience, or equivalent educational experience Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred Successful completion of Introduction to Insurance (INTRO) and Introduction to Claims (AIC 30) preferred Ability to obtain required state licenses within 45 days of employment Access to internet service bandwidth speeds of at least 50 mbps download and 10 mbps upload
