HotFoot Recruiters is hiring a Bilingual Safety Project Coordinator to support engineering and construction operations for a fast-growing semiconductor construction contractor in North Phoenix. This role supports both field and office activities, including documentation, coordination, and translation, in a fast-paced project environment.
Position: Bilingual Safety Project Coordinator
Location: North Phoenix, AZ (On-Site)
Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Pay: $32/hr DOE
Responsibilities
- Support project coordination, tracking progress and communicating with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Assist with invoicing, payment tracking, and preparation of project documentation
- Provide Mandarin-English translation support for engineers and field teams
- Organize and maintain project documents, drawings, reports, and meeting notes
- Support data tracking, reporting, and documentation using Excel and Microsoft Office
- Assist with general administrative and project support across field and office operations
Qualifications
- Bilingual in Mandarin and English (required)
- Associate's degree or higher (Engineering, Construction, or related preferred)
- Experience in construction, project support, or administrative coordination preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable working on-site in both office and active construction environments
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
