Maintenance Supervisor
Woodspear Properties, a national property management company, is seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Aurora, Colorado!
We're looking for a hands-on, experienced, and self-motivated leader to oversee maintenance operations for a 192-unit community. The ideal candidate will take pride in maintaining high standards, demonstrate professionalism, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills are essential, as this role requires managing multiple projects while ensuring top-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily maintenance operations, including grounds, make-readies, and preventive maintenance programs
- Schedule and coordinate vendors and contractors
- Lead, train, and supervise maintenance team members
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality control
- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional environment across the community
Minimum Qualifications:
- Personal set of general tools
- Reliable transportation
- Minimum 3 years of stable, relevant maintenance experience
- CPO and HVAC certifications required
- Must pass a drug and background check
Compensation: $32.00 – $38.00 per hour, based on experience
