Job Title: Forklift Operator / Production Associate
Pay Rate: $16-$18 per hour (DOE - Depending on Experience)
Schedule: Full-time (schedule may vary based on production needs)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Forklift Operator / Production Associate to join our warehouse team. This position requires operating a reach truck as well as assisting with general production duties. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and willing to work in both forklift and production roles as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a reach truck forklift safely and efficiently
- Load, unload, move, and stack materials within the warehouse
- Assist with production tasks, including assembling, packaging, and labeling products
- Maintain accurate inventory and product counts
- Perform routine equipment checks and report any issues
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
Qualifications:
- Previous reach truck forklift experience required
- Prior warehouse and/or production experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Additional Requirements:
- Must be willing to perform both forklift operation and production duties
- Flexible to work overtime if needed
