Locum Nurse Practitioner - Cardiothoracic Surgery Summary:

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive Cardiothoracic surgery care in both hospital and outpatient settings.
- Assist in general cardiovascular and thoracic surgical procedures.
- Manage pre-operative and post-operative patient care in an acute care and ICU environment.
- Participate in patient consultations and evaluations.
- Be available for night call and weekend shifts as scheduled.
- Work collaboratively with the surgical team, including RN navigators and mid-level providers.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Cardiothoracic surgery within an operating room and acute care settings.
- Proven ability to manage complex patient cases effectively.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with surgical teams and other healthcare professionals.
License and Certification Requirements:
- Certified Nurse Practitioner - REQUIRED
- Washington state license - HIGHLY PREFERRED , candidates willing to obtain a license during credentialing will be considered.
- Clean malpractice history - HIGHLY PREFERRED
- Self-Query NPDB report dated within 30 days of presentation - REQUIRED
