About the role Expert Plumbing Inc is a reputable plumbing contractor based in Cerritos, CA, proudly serving residential and commercial clients across Southern California. We are looking for a organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our office management team and help keep our operations running smoothly. Responsibilities Provide day-to-day administrative support to the office manager and leadership team Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and client inquiries in a professional manner Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate field crew dispatching Prepare, organize, and maintain project files, contracts, permits, and office records Assist with invoicing, purchase orders, and basic bookkeeping tasks Order and manage office supplies and physical files Support HR tasks such as onboarding paperwork and maintaining employee records Liaise between field staff, project managers, vendors, and clients as needed Requirements 3 years of administrative or office support experience (construction industry experience a plus) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace Experience with QuickBooks Online Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Self-motivated with a positive, team-player attitude High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred Benefits Competitive salary (commensurate with experience) Friendly, team-oriented work environment Opportunity to grow with an established local contractor How to apply Interested candidates are encouraged to submit their resume and a brief cover letter describing their relevant administrative experience.
