BDC Service Representative
Southern Motors is looking for a friendly and driven BDC Service Representative to join our growing service department. In this role, you'll be the voice of our dealership helping customers schedule service appointments, answering inquiries, and ensuring every interaction delivers the high level of care we're known for.
What You'll Do
- Greet and assist customers with professionalism, enthusiasm, and empathy by phone, text, email, or in person
- Schedule and confirm daily service appointments
- Handle inbound service calls, leads, and recall manifests
- Follow up on missed or inactive appointments to re-engage customers
- Log and address customer satisfaction (CSI) calls and concerns
- Research and resolve scheduling or communication errors
- Stay connected across multiple platforms including DriveCentric, X-Time, Podium, and email
- Maintain daily goals for calls, tasks, and follow-ups
- Adhere to company policies and compliance standards
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or automotive BDC preferred
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable using multiple software tools
- Positive attitude and a commitment to customer satisfaction
