The Recruitment Partner will help accelerate the current hiring process for the Marketing, IT, Sales, Customer Success, ECommerce and Product departments. You will provide a world class recruiting experience for both candidate and the business groups by effectively hitting hiring goals, raising the talent bar at our client's business, and continuing to evolve its amazing candidate experience.This role reports to the Manager, Talent Strategy and sits within the Global Human Experience organization. Due to Covid-19, the role currently operates remotely, however the role will return to office in Framingham, MA when it is safe to do so.ResponsibilitiesServe as an expert in the talent market with a strong understanding of the competitive and local environment and its impact on all aspects of the businessProvide "white glove", full cycle recruitment expertise for all level roles (coordinator to executive) and to all levels of hiring managers across the organizationLeverage all aspects of sourcing and candidate development including headhunting, job posting, job board mining, social networking, employee referrals, and networking eventsContinuously create and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future needsManage-up and provide leadership and counsel to hiring managers and interview teamsDrive candidate experience and coordinate all details, correspondence, and interview schedulesEnsure a responsive and seamless candidate experience through communication and timely feedback, as well as interviewer preparedness and effective interview formatTrack data for strategic analysis on talent acquisition success criteria, through reports and metrics that demonstrate ROIFully utilize Applicant Tracking System (Workday)Ensure recruitment methodologies and hiring practices are in compliance with government regulations and organizational policies and procedures to ensure appropriate and fair selection, assessment, pre-screening, and post-employment methodologyQualificationsBachelor's degree preferredAt least 3 years of experience in a Recruiting role in a corporate environment (blend of agency experience preferred)Proven success delivering recruiting results in a fast-paced, demanding, high growth environmentDirect sourcing expertise utilizing a range of methods and approachesStrong customer management skills with ability to build trust and credibility with both candidates and hiring managersTeam-oriented with ability to partner with and build upon the strengths of others to meet overall goalsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsJob Type: Full time, permJ-18808-Ljbffr
