Summary: Seeking a Telecom BIM Designer with extensive Revit BIM design experience and proficiency in telecommunications systems design and construction.

High school graduate or equivalent
Minimum 8 years of Revit BIM design experience
Proficiency with NavisWorks and Bluebeam or similar markup software
At least 4 years of relevant experience in telecommunications systems design and construction industry
Understanding of codes, standards, and their impact on design decisions
Experience with wiring/cabling connections
Ability to estimate hours for design and modeling efforts

Preferred Skills:

At least 6 years of Revit MEP design experience
Knowledge of telecommunications industry association (TIA) standards
Design experience in semiconductor/advanced facility environments
Experience with paging, intercom, audio-visual systems, life safety, security systems, fire alarm, access control, CCTV

Responsibilities:

Follow client design and modeling standards
Apply knowledge of wiring/cabling connections to circuits/links between devices
