Location: Weston, FL (Hybrid – Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday onsite)
Duration: 6-Month Initial Contract (Potential Extension Based on Performance & Project Needs)
Schedule: 40 Hours/Week

The Enterprise Technology Delivery Services team supports a portfolio of value streams delivering critical services and capabilities for internal business stakeholders. The team provides end-to-end technical project and program management services focused on accelerating business value delivery, driving innovation, continuous improvement, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Lead IT Project Manager to lead large-scale, cross-functional technology initiatives in a fast-paced enterprise environment. This individual will be responsible for driving strategic programs from initiation through delivery while ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality expectations.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with a deep understanding of enterprise technology delivery, Agile methodologies, and SaaS-based project environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex enterprise technology projects and programs from planning through execution and delivery.
- Drive collaboration across cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, executives, and technical teams to ensure alignment on priorities, scope, and deliverables.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Provide strategic insights and data-driven recommendations to support leadership decision-making.
- Champion Agile best practices including SAFe, Scrum, Lean Portfolio Management (LPM), and DevOps methodologies.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement across project teams.
- Effectively manage competing priorities while proactively identifying and mitigating project risks and issues.
- Deliver executive-level reporting, status updates, and project communications to senior leadership.
- Partner with technical and business teams to align project execution with enterprise architecture and organizational objectives.
- Implement problem-solving strategies and innovative solutions to overcome project and operational challenges.
- Support organizational transformation initiatives, including large-scale system implementations and integration efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field, OR equivalent hands-on IT experience.
- 8–11 years of experience managing complex IT projects or programs within enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure, networking, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and enterprise systems.
- Experience working within SaaS-based technology environments.
- Technical and business familiarity with:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)
- Salesforce CRM
- Azure Data Lake / Enterprise Data Warehouse environments
- Strong expertise in Agile methodologies including SAFe, Scrum, Lean Portfolio Management (LPM), and DevOps practices.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders across all organizational levels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking, analytical decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience creating and maintaining project plans, dashboards, and executive status reporting.
- Ability to adapt schedules and collaborate across multiple time zones when required.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid onsite/offsite environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with large-scale enterprise system architecture initiatives.
- Experience supporting IT integrations related to mergers and acquisitions.
- Hands-on experience with:
- JIRA
- Azure DevOps
- Power BI
- Agile coaching or transformation experience is a plus.

Additional Information
- Hybrid work schedule required (Tuesday–Thursday onsite at Weston Phase 10).
- No overtime is expected; however, limited weekend support may occasionally be required based on project demands.
- Contract has strong potential for extension based on project requirements and overall performance.
