Russell Tobin's client is hiring an Admin Support in Charlotte, NC
Employment Type: Contract
Location: Onsite - Charlotte, NC 28269
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Pay rate: $21-$23/hr
Responsibilities:
- Provide data management and accounts receivable support
- Assist with job management and administrative coordination
- Support warranty registration, claims processing, and cost recovery activities
- Create and manage purchase orders and parts orders
- Process credit memos, invoice cancellations, and cost transfers
- Maintain organized company records, documents, and operational materials
- Follow standard work instructions and company procedures accurately
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers regarding administrative matters
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
- Experience in HVAC or a service-based organization preferred, with 1–3 years of relevant administrative or shared services experience.
- Knowledge of SalesForce.com and SAP S4-Hana preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to follow established procedures consistently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally at all organizational levels.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
