Aerotek has an immediate opening for an Office Assistant in Turtle Creek, PA. This is a contract role that will last a duration of 6 months
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. From scheduling client meetings, to communicating between departments, you will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Orientation support / set up
- Supply Inventory (Badges, Oraltox, etc.).
- UKG Management
- Reporting
- Missed punches
- Data Entry
- Badge Making (both for building access and UKG)
- Contractor Liaison (W-2's, Payroll, Direct deposit, focus cards)
- ID Collection, I9 Processing
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
