Project Manager
Location: Florida, West Palm Beach
SALARY
$80,000 - $100,000 + Bonus
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- My client is looking for an experienced Project Manager with extensive knowledge Project Manager: metal stud framing and drywall project manager with the ability to help oversee many small-medium size projects at once. Lots of multi-tasking. Will need to come to our office in West Palm Beach (closer to Palm Beach Gardens). Ideal candidate will have more metal stud framing/drywall subcontractor experience vs GC experience. Salary would be between 80-100K starting. Insurance, bonus, time off, etc. Minimal travel to jobsites from Ft. Pierce to Miami, but this is rare as we have supers in those areas and do most everything by phone.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Drywall Experience (installing, finishing, taping, and framing)
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Capable of reading and interpreting construction drawings, project schedules, and structural specification sheets
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience in this role or a closely related position is required.
