Job Overview:
We are seeking seasoned Senior Commercial HVAC Service Technicians to join our elite Field Operations team. With 10 years of hands-on field experience, the ideal candidate will be an ace mechanic capable of diagnosing, installing, and servicing advanced HVAC systems. This role requires deep knowledge of residential and commercial systems—especially VRF/VRV technologies, make-up air units, and ideally boilers + controls. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and perform installation, maintenance, and service calls on residential and commercial HVAC systems
- Diagnose and service VRF/VRV systems (e.g., Mitsubishi, Daikin, LG)
- Maintain and repair make-up air units with airflow and combustion tuning
- Troubleshoot heating and cooling systems efficiently and independently
- Interpret blueprints and schematics for accurate installations
- Perform preventive maintenance and ensure system optimization
- Communicate clearly with clients to explain findings and service recommendations
Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience as a Residential/Commercial HVAC technician
- Proven ability to work on VRF/VRV systems and ventilation setups
- Proficiency with make-up air units, economizers, and duct systems
- Boiler experience (low- and high-pressure systems) highly preferred
- EPA Universal Certification (required)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Able to manage service calls independently and effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
- OSHA 10/30 Certification
- NATE Certification
- Factory training on Mitsubishi, Daikin, or LG VRF systems
- Familiarity with BMS controls and system integration
- Experience with chillers
