The Position
As Housekeeping Manager, you'll oversee onsite housekeeping operations, keeping rooms and public areas consistently guest-ready. This role exists to set clear expectations, coach the team, and maintain smooth service across daily turns.
Key responsibilities include leading daily housekeeping activity, training and motivating associates, completing quality inspections, creating efficient schedules, partnering with other departments, managing inventory/supplies and equipment, monitoring performance metrics, and resolving guest concerns quickly while reinforcing safety standards.
