Key Responsibilities
Sales & Administrative Support- Order Management: Process sales orders, work orders, and general workflows accurately within SAP to ensure seamless execution.
- Customer Contact: Act as the primary point of contact for phone and email inquiries regarding product availability and lead times.
- Data & Tracking: Navigate Monday.com to maintain and update the project board, while keeping digital and physical data sheets organized.
- Reporting: Assist the Sales Manager by utilizing Salesforce and Power BI to extract resource data and pull quarterly sales volume and inventory turnover reports.
Parts & Inventory Management- Sourcing & Tracking: Track vendor orders to guarantee timely delivery for all ongoing projects and coordinate with manufacturers to source specialized components for custom orders.
- Quality & Cataloging: Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage, and maintain an up-to-date database of part numbers, descriptions, and delivery statuses.
- Team Alignment: Lead weekly parts meetings and distribute status reports to keep team members and project leaders fully aligned on stock and delivery updates.
Logistics Coordination- Shipping & Receiving: Prepare shipping labels and coordinate closely with freight carriers for all outgoing orders.
- Delivery Resolution: Provide customers with real-time tracking updates and proactively resolve any delivery discrepancies.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales support, parts coordination, inventory management, or a logistics-heavy role.
- Technical Savvy: Hands-on proficiency with SAPSalesforce, and Power BI is highly preferred.
- Project Tools: Comfort navigating project management software like Monday.com
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer-first mindset.
- Detail-Oriented: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to cross-check incoming shipments and maintain accurate databases.
