We are partnering with a leading EPC contractor that is actively expanding its Construction Management team and is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to support large-scale energy and infrastructure projects across the United States.
This is a leadership role for a construction professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys taking ownership of projects from pre-construction through execution, commissioning, and closeout.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
• Lead construction projects from pre-construction through completion
• Manage project safety, quality, schedule, budget, and overall execution
• Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel
• Develop and maintain project schedules, forecasts, and cost controls
• Manage contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
• Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout project delivery
• Coordinate closely with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams
• Conduct project risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
• Monitor project financial performance and reporting
• Support project turnover, closeout, and warranty activities
• Mentor and develop project team members
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
• 7+ years of construction project management experience
• Proven experience delivering complex construction projects from start to finish
• Strong understanding of scheduling, cost control, project controls, and contract administration
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience within EPC, Energy, Utilities, Transmission & Distribution, Industrial Construction, Manufacturing, Infrastructure, or Oil & Gas environments preferred

LOCATION
This position is based in Houston, TX and requires candidates to be located in the area or willing to relocate.
