To support a seamless hiring process, the full-time remote Recruiting Coordinator will manage candidate outreach, interview logistics, and data management while collaborating with recruiters and hiring teams across the Western US. Key responsibilities Coordinate the recruitment process by creating job postings, scheduling interviews, and preparing candidates and interview teams Manage communication with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a positive candidate experience Assist with miscellaneous projects, including conducting phone screens and supporting talent acquisition activities Required qualifications Associates degree, HR professional certification, or 4 years of recruiting-related experience, or equivalent combination Experience managing multiple calendars and scheduling meetings or interviews across various time zones Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or database software Proficiency in MS Office software Experience responding to inquiries and developing relationships with diverse audiences
