This is a true 360 recruitment role where you will develop relationships with both clients and candidates, delivering mission-critical talent across innovative, transformation initiatives, and post-production support. The key role for this position is formulating and building relationships as well as growth within the market.
Responsibilities
- Apply superior full-cycle recruitment and techniques in a 360 capacity
- Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for current and future open positions
- Conduct interviews via phone or in-person
- Strategize and leverage multiple sourcing channels to identify high caliber candidates while maintaining a healthy pipeline
- Engage passive candidates
- Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
Qualifications
- Proven success within the Life Sciences Field
- Effective communication skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
- High-energy and passion
- Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
Compensation
- Base salary, plus up to 37.5% commission
