Sanitation Lead - Weekend Shift

Description
Key Benefits:
- Hourly Range: $26-$29
- Full-time position, with benefits package (medical, dental and vision insurance, life insurance, 401k with a generous employer match, profit sharing, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, etc.)
- $1,000 Referral Bonus
- Schedule: 9:00pm to 5:00am - 1-2 days during the week and every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and direct Sanitation associates in daily operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
- Coach employees, work with management if discipline becomes necessary, participate in the performance review process.
- Clean and sanitize entire production facility
- Frequently lift/move equipment, hoses and chemical containers carrying in size
- Perform various tasks that deal with sanitation and production equipment
- Follow all GMP, SOP, HACCP, and SQF rules
- Properly wear all company provided PPE
- Maintain a clean work area free of hazards
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
- Perform all tasks in a manner that does not pose a direct threat to the health and/or safety of any employees
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- Ability to understand written or spoken English instructions
- Ability to work with pork, dairy, soy, wheat, and eggs
- Ability to work individually and as a member of a team
- Organization and time management skills required
- Weekend availability required
