Customer Service Representative
Local paper facility in need of a Customer Service rep. Must have experience.
Able to run reports. Efficiently manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Gather comprehensive information for Requests for Quotes (RFQs) and effectively present pricing options to customers. Collaborate with fellow Customer Service Representatives to learn and disseminate technical product data, ensuring consistent and accurate information.

Customer Service Representative Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $ 17.50 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries demonstrating compassion and understanding towards client needs at all times.
- Work closely with internal departments, including Production, Quoting, Shipping, and Warehousing, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and superior client satisfaction.
Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
- Customer service experience
- Must submit resume
- Computer experience (word, excel)
- Numeric data entry
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
