Job Title: CNC Operator Location: Elizabethtown, NC Job Description: Adecco is currently assisting a client in Elizabethtown, NC in their search for an experienced CNC Operator. This position plays a key role in supporting daily production operations across multiple manufacturing cells. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating a variety of CNC and shop equipment and be comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain CNC machinery and shop equipment, including lathes, milling machines, saws, grinders, and hand tools
- Support daily production needs across multiple work cells
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Use precision measuring tools such as calipers to ensure product quality
- Apply basic shop math, including trigonometry, plane geometry, and solid geometry
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications:
- Trade school certification or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of CNC operator experience
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring instruments accurately
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Preferred Skills:
- CNC programming experience
