LHH is looking for an HR Coordinator for a long-term contract assignment in McLean, VA. This is a hyrbrid role with 3 days in office.
- Manage communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive and professional experience
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, including arranging logistics with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Serve as a liaison between candidates and hiring managers, maintaining clear and timely communication
- Track candidate progress and maintain accurate documentation within the HRIS or applicant tracking system
- Support recruiting and onboarding activities to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process
