Reports To: General Manager
What You Bring to the Team:
Experience in customer service (veterinary or healthcare preferred)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
A self-starter mindset with the ability to take initiative
Confidence working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Strong multitasking and organizational skills
Professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail
Comfort with computers and learning new systems
A desire to grow, learn, and potentially cross-train into veterinary support roles
Compassion for both pets and the people who love them
What You'll Be Doing:
Creating a welcoming and supportive experience for every client and patient
Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing client communication
Supporting smooth daily hospital operations alongside veterinary teams
Maintaining accurate records and handling payments efficiently
Helping problem-solve client concerns with empathy and professionalism
Jumping in where needed and supporting the team during busy times
Learning veterinary workflows and expanding your skill set over time
