Compensation:
$20 - $25 /hour, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Handle customer call-ins and dispatch appropriately
- Record and correct driver logs using Xata application
- Schedule drivers and trucks for meter provings
- Enter loads and dispatch data into the computer system
- Stay updated with lease severances and approvals
- Prepare morning reports and track daily operations
- Resolve customer disputes and coordinate lease instructions
- Promote safety in decisions and actions
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in English communication
- Strong customer relations skills
- Quantitative and analytical skills
- Basic math and keyboard proficiency
- Experience with office procedures and equipment
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience in dispatching or logistics
- Knowledge of oil and gas industry operations
