Hybrid Sales Representative
Location: Midvale, UT (Must live within 60 miles)
Compensation: $22/hour + Uncapped Commission
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM MST
Work Model: Hybrid – 3 Days In-Office, 2 Days Remote
Training: 6–8 Weeks Paid, Onsite in Midvale
Licensing: Company-Paid Property & Casualty Licensing
Calls: Inbound Only – No Cold Calling
We're seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Hybrid Sales Representatives. In this role, you'll assist customers with their auto, renters, and homeowners insurance needs through inbound calls only. No cold calling required.
This position begins with comprehensive paid training conducted 100% onsite in Midvale. Once training is completed, you'll transition to a hybrid schedule with three in-office days and two remote workdays each week. The company also provides full support and covers the cost of obtaining your Property & Casualty insurance license
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from prospective customers
- Recommend appropriate coverage options and explain policy features
- Achieve individual sales goals in a performance-driven environment
- Accurately document customer interactions using CRM systems
- Complete required licensing and compliance training
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year in sales, customer service, or a call center environment
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable
- Must be able to attend 6–8 weeks of full-time onsite training in Midvale, UT
- Must live within 60 miles of Midvale and work in-office 3 days per week post-training
- Willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty insurance license (company-paid)
- CRM experience is a plus
