Job Description:
This position supports daily office operations, facilities coordination, and administrative needs. The role is contract-to-hire, providing an opportunity to transition into a permanent position after approximately 12–18 months. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, fully on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main liaison for vendors, building management, and office services.
- Assist with office upkeep, maintenance requests, and workspace organization.
- Manage ordering and inventory of office and kitchen supplies.
- Coordinate meeting room setup and assist with company events and catering.
- Welcome visitors, manage guest access, and issue temporary badges.
- Provide administrative support including scheduling and communications.
- Assist with expense tracking, purchasing, and invoice processing.
- Support technology-related administrative tasks and special projects.
- Provide backup support for the front desk as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience in facilities, office operations, retail leadership, or similar environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Dependable, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
