Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lathrop, CA for a Software Sales Representative. The Software Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential clients, conducting product demonstrations, and building strong client relationships. Additional responsibilities include managing accounts, closing sales, providing exceptional customer support, and maintaining detailed reports of sales activities. Collaboration with team members to develop sales strategies and achieve revenue targets is also a critical part of the role.
Qualifications
- Experience in Software Sales and a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Expertise in Lead Generation and identifying potential opportunities
- Strong Communication skills, including exceptional interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Account Management and maintaining positive client relationships
- Background in Sales practices with a customer-first approach
- Ability to work on-site in Lathrop, CA and collaborate with the team
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales reporting systems
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and goal-driven
Compensation & Schedule
• $22.50/hour + commission
• Full-time position
• Monday through Friday
• 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
