Requirements/Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree preferred or GED
• 1-3 years with international transportation ocean freight forwarding industry
• Experience with Drayage logistic experience
• Excellent project and people management skills
• Experience in establishing a transport plan that can optimize loading rate, transport time and logistics cost
• Ability to manage within goals by considering in time, budget and business objectives
• Analytical/focused/data-driven coupled with creative problem solving
• Strong cross-functional teamwork, collaboration, interpersonal, with excellent written and verbal skills.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite and other applications
• Prioritization skill, able to shift focus to urgent issues while not falling behind on other duties
Pay start at $25-$30hr with full benefits available, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401K, parental leave, and more. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
